For the first time in school history, the Tennessee Volunteers have claimed the crown of college baseball champions, capping off a thrilling run in the College World Series. Tennessee secured this historic title with a dramatic 6-5 victory over the Texas A&M Aggies in Game 3 of the championship round.
The Volunteers ignited their path to victory early, as Christian Moore smashed a home run to lead off the bottom of the first inning.
